We'll Nobuhiro Watsuki just released the Rurouni Kenshin - Kinema-ban Manga; a new version of Samurai-X and basing on the first two chapters that I've read, its basically a shorter and condensed version of the first few chapters of the Tokyo Arc. So it's like the anime without the fillers, only the good part are included.
